This policy explains what we collect when you use the Cinc City website, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection minimal — we are a design-build firm, not an advertising business.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the project intake or contact a team by email, we receive your name, work email, organization, and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
  • Basic technical data. Standard web logs — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — used to keep the site secure and working.
  • Preferences. We store your language and a small amount of interface state locally in your browser so the site remembers your choices. This stays on your device.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and scope a possible project.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To send press or studio updates only if you ask us to.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Forms and email

Inquiries submitted on this site are read by a principal, not routed into a marketing queue. We treat early project information as confidential and share it internally only with the people who would deliver the work.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not run third-party advertising trackers. We use your browser's local storage for functional preferences such as language. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, hosting), and only as needed for that purpose, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to evaluate and, if it proceeds, deliver a project — and as our records and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

  • Ask what information we hold about you, and request a correction or deletion.
  • Opt out of any updates you previously asked to receive.
  • Decline to provide information — though some forms need certain fields to work.
