• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs or coordinate with external contractors as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems, and promptly address any identified issues.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage maintenance inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques and technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques for various systems and equipment.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and maintenance practices.

• $55k – $60k Base Salary
