• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project designs and specifications are accurately translated into construction plans.
• Manage the bidding and selection process for subcontractors and vendors, reviewing and analyzing proposals to determine the most suitable partners for the project.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to construction schedules and milestones.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage all construction activities, including material procurement, equipment utilization, and workforce management.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and control project budgets, closely tracking project expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Identify and address any project issues or conflicts, providing timely solutions and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Prepare regular progress reports, providing updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular team meetings, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role, demonstrating successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, processes, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, bidding processes, and subcontractor management.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
• Professional certifications or licensure in construction management or a related field are preferred.
