Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on building a solid client base and achieving sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services.

What TO Expect


  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical staff, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings and differentiate ourselves in the market.
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against sales targets.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) or minimum 2 years of experience in account management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends in which our products and services operate.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • $65k – $70k Base Salary
